Method of Preparation

Saute Cashew nuts and Raisins in Ghee. 1.5liter of Milk and 1 cup of water. Add Palada Payasam mix into boiling water and cook on low flame till it cooked well.  Add theAdd thesauted Cashewnuts, Raisins andCardamom. Keep on stirring and add 1tbsp Ghee to give extra taste to the payasam.
